Point fixed systems

Beetham Tower, Manchster (GB)

The point-mounted system makes glazing construction possible without frames. Using point fasteners, panes of glass with holes drilled in them attach to a special substructure.

This construction offers a great number of possibilities in planning (e.g. for architects). Many advantages are produced for façade surfaces in particular, including the cleaning of façades.

There are no interruptions visible with the point fastening system - as is the case with clamping systems, for example.

Application

  • Façade surfaces made of single-pane glazing
  • Dado-height glazing
  • Interior glazing
